This policy describes how the application GC Server of Golden Crown Agency handles data. GC Server is an internal tool. It is used only by Golden Crown Agency with the agency's own Google account.
GC Server connects to the agency's own Google Drive to (1) upload encrypted backups of the agency's server and delete backups older than 30 days, and (2) read and update the agency's own planning spreadsheets in specific Drive folders.
The application only accesses files and folders in the agency's own Google Drive that it needs for these two tasks. It does not access Gmail, contacts, calendars or data of any other Google user.
Data is processed on the agency's own server in the European Union (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany). Data is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising and not used to train AI or machine-learning models.
GC Server's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
